hi this is brij k.simha i am planing to shoot my feature film which i thought of shooting in super-16 but when i heard about RED can u suggest me whether it is cheaper than super-16 or costlier than that,if i’m shooting in RED and i want to release in 35mm wht will be the costs to be incurred will it be cheaper or costlier

Interms of super16mm, its not cheaper and its better alternative than S16mm when comparing with 35mm. Red One is advantageous since its digital till end until you go print and you have control over your footage and output is immediate for you.
hi thanks for u’r suggestion can u please elaborate on the work flow of this camera I’ve worked with one of my frnds project shot on VIPER so i think the whole workflow will be similar It will be better if u ppl conduct a paid workshop on RED ONE so that it will give some knowledge abt the camera
Hi i have another query can we record location sound with RED ONE or do we need to record them to nagra or other recording devices since we need to transfer them to sound negative (b/w 25 ISO)

Location sound can be recorded on Red One to avoid syncing in Edit. You can use the sound for final output and this sound is just a reference.
